We stayed up all night in Albuquerque to watch the sun come up...

All of us at Splashes of Hope would like to extend our most sincere thanks to Suffolk County Legislature   Stephanie Bontempi.  As recipients of the 2022 Suffolk County Cultural Omnibus Grant, we were given the opportunity to create this “SPLASH” at Manor Field Park, in Huntington Station.  We were honored to receive a prestigious Proclamation from Town Supervisor Edmond J. Smyth, who was delighted to see that the new Town of Huntington insignia was featured in the artwork.  The murals represent Huntington’s commitment to service, inclusion and pride of our district.  “Unity in our Community – Together We Are One”.

A new mural + ceiling tile for the Long Island State Veteran's Home in Stony Brook. Peaceful beach scenes and characters give a tranquil serenity for Veterans. The mural is in tribute to a veteran that recently passed, from LISVH.

Florida Volunteers Making A Splash
The sunny Floridian Chapter ramped up activity in the month of February! Catherine and Russ Brown initiated a mural project for a special little girl who is currently battling Leukemia.
Fellow artists from the Brown's community in Naples have gotten involved to lend their talents to the splash mission to create artwork for this inspiring child's bedroom. 
Long Island, NY
Tyler's room got "Splashed!!" All his favorite sports teams and players are included in this piece to highlight his dream to be a sports manager when he grows up. We hope this artwork helps the family through these tough times. Thank you, dear Bob Bigler, for your support of the children's bedroom projects, and we hope to see Tyler on ESPN one day!
Hudson VA - Montrose, NY
These pictures are from the Hudson VA in Montrose NY, one panoramic scene of the Hudson River and two hand-painted sky ceiling tiles. This splash was sponsored by Hudson Global who hosted a Paint for a Purpose event with Splash Team. Thanks to Jimmy, Mel, and Mark for delivering and installing these three masterpieces for our nation’s heroes.
Huntington Hospital   Adult Oncology Unit  - Huntington, NY
A big thanks to   Northwell Health  for supporting this special mural project in the Adult Oncology Unit! To welcome visitors and patients to the unit these murals show a serene scene of   Heckscher Park, and Huntington Harbor with the lighthouse.
On behalf of Splashes of Hope, thank you to Gail Probst and the wonderful staff in the Oncology Unit for making this project a reality.
NuHealth   WIC Program - Roosevelt, NY
Nine murals were recently installed at NuHealth in Roosevelt, NY. The murals reinforce the center's focus on providing nutritional education and healthcare for families in the community. Splashes was delighted to be part of this special mural project.
